*** What is the BAF? ***
The aim of the BAF is to bring together researchers of the Ancient Near East specialising in different areas and disciplines so use this opportunity to test ideas, advertise projects and develop collaborations with a wider peer group.
The BAF is organised by the Institut für Archäologische Wissenschaften of the University of Bern (Switzerland). It is hosted by the Swiss Society for Ancient Near Eastern Studies.
There is no registration fee and we are granting awards for travel and accommodation.
